CHRIS MUSGROVe

Chris was born and raised in Nashville, TN and graduated from Auburn University in 2003. He has 16 years of campus ministry experience, serving 5 years at Auburn, 4 in East Asia, and 7 at the University of Florida. After directing the Gainesville Fellows program for 4 years, he returned home to the Nashville area to lead Franklin Fellows. He loves leading teams, learning new things, and staying curious about the intersections of life, faith, and culture. Chris and his wife Anne Marie have been married for 18 years and have 3 children (Maddox, Foster, Levie).

Anne Marie grew up in Birmingham, AL. She received a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and went on to graduate school attaining a Masters of Speech-Language Pathology in 2009. Following graduation, she joined the staff with Cru and served in East Asia with her husband, Chris.

After 3 years overseas she returned home and continued in campus ministry at the University of Florida. She currently works as a Speech Pathologist, Enneagram Coach, and Mom to her three kids (Maddox, Foster, and Levie). She is passionate about reading good books, knowing peoples’ stories, and helping others find and live out their true identities.

THE FRANKLIN FELLOWS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Originally from Minnesota, Abby graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2014. After working in state government for several years, Abby now works for Regions Bank as a regulatory liaison.

She has served on the Franklin Fellows board since 2018. Abby is a member of Parks Church and lives with her husband, son, and dog in West Nashville.

Jim grew up in Franklin and graduated from the University of Virginia in 2016. During his working life, he's pursued academic research, product management and manufacturing, hospitality, and technology.

Currently, he is a technology services project manager at Provisions Group. He has served on the Franklin Fellows board since 2020, attends Christ Community Church, and lives in Franklin with his wife, daughter, and dog.

Jim CLARKE

Rusty is a long-time head of HR in both for-profit and non-profit work and across multiple industries. He is founding principal of Windwood Partners LLC, an HR & management consultancy.

He has been on the Fellows Board since 2020, attends Christ Community Church, Franklin. He and his wife have 3 kids and 4 fun-loving grandkids and live near some of the best hiking in Nashville.

DEBBIE FLOREY

Debbie has been part of Franklin Fellows since its beginning in 2019 and part of Christ Community Church since 1992. She and her husband Ross have 5 young adult children, the oldest of which was a Fellow, spurring on her passion for the Fellows community.

After graduating from Baylor University, she provided audit & consulting services at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Blankenship CPA Group and subsequently served as CFO of several companies, most recently Des-Case Corporation. Debbie is passionate about hospitality, travel, Hebrew, and investing in young adults.

MORGAN MACELDOWNEY

Morgan is originally from Summerfield, North Carolina and graduated from North Carolina State University in 2020. She is a Franklin Fellows alumni and was a part of the charter class.

She now lives in Nashville and works in wealth management at Wellspring Financial Solutions of Raymond James, holding Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Outside of work, Morgan is a volunteer Young Life leader at Brentwood High School, enjoys watching sports (specifically the Green Bay Packers and NC State Wolfpack), and visiting friends and family in NC.

Jon is originally from the Chicago area, graduated from the University of Miami (FL) in 1995 with a degree in Music Business and now leads the Data & Analytics practice at Deloitte. He has attended CCC since he moved to the Nashville area in 1995 and has served as an Elder there since 2008.

He joined the Franklin Fellows board in 2022 after having opened their home to a fellow back in 2021-2022. He also serves in the role of Treasurer for the board. Jon lives in Franklin with his wife Alicia. They have 3 children (married daughter in Rome, GA; son at UT Knoxville; daughter in high school) and 2 dogs.
